Shipping Updates:
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING: Orders placed from 12th December 2022 will no longer be delivered in time for Christmas.
Our scheduled final shipment from site will be the 19th December 2022. Orders placed after 12:00 on the 19th December will not be shipped until 3rd January.
UPCOMING INDUSTRIAL ACTION DATES: There are further dates affecting us through December. These dates will not see collections from site, and may result in delayed delivery to you. If ordering for Christmas presents please keep these in mind - we advise ordering before the 8th so that it is shipped in good time. Affected dates are: 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 23rd and 24th
We are aware that some items shipped during the initial industrial action period are yet to arrive, Royal Mail have advised that these are still in sorting offices and are being processed. Unfortunately we cannot locate specific items at this time.
We are currently aiming to ship orders multiple times per week. Cut off for orders is noon of the day of shipping. Post is usually collected from us daily between Monday and Friday, so orders placed between Friday 12:01 and Sunday 00:00 may not be shipped until the next working day. Please note that we also do not receive collections on Bank Holidays.
Apologies! We are currently not able to ship outside of the United Kingdom.
Product Availability:
As with many businesses around the country, we are experiencing delays with receiving product to us. Whilst we are working very hard to minimise these shortages, re-stocking products may be slower than usual.
