Product & Shipping Updates

Our shipping schedule is now back to normal! During busy times, please allow a few days for orders to be dispatched.

Post is usually collected from us daily between Monday and Friday, so orders placed between Friday 12:01 and Sunday 00:00 may not be shipped until the next working day. Please note that we also do not receive collections on Bank Holidays. Our shipping provider is Royal Mail - once collected we cannot amend or change orders.

 

Apologies! We are currently not able to ship outside of the United Kingdom.

 

We know you love all of our merch, and sometimes we don't have it available online. Unfortunately some items do not ship well, so we cannot stock them online. Make sure you check out our amazing shops at the park for the full range of products. We endeavor to keep products in stock as often as possible, however during our closed season this may be longer than usual.
