Christmas Shipping Updates:

Christmas is a busy time, so to make sure you get your products ready to wrap we advise placing orders as soon as possible. Our current timeline on postage is;

Recommended Order By Date: 11th December (after this date we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas)
Last Scheduled Order Collection: 18th December

This page will be updated if there are any changes to delivery timelines reported to us.

Shipping Updates:

Our shipping schedule is now back to normal! During busy times, please allow a few days for orders to be dispatched.
Post is usually collected from us daily between Monday and Friday, so orders placed between Friday 12:01 and Sunday 00:00 may not be shipped until the next working day. Please note that we also do not receive collections on Bank Holidays. Our shipping provider is Royal Mail - once collected we cannot amend or change orders.
 
Apologies! We are currently not able to ship outside of the United Kingdom.
 

Hyperia Product Availability:

You all loved Hyperia merchandise so much that we had to place extra orders throughout the year! This has meant that we have prioritised stock to be sent to Hyporium so that guests experiencing the attraction have an opportunity to buy. A limited amount of stock is available online, which we will monitor and add to when stock becomes available.

Please note: Hyperia clothing is currently with our manufacturers and we do not anticipate a restock until closer to the 2025 season.

Other Product Availability:

We know you love all of our merch, and sometimes we don't have it available online. Unfortunately some items such as resins and mugs do not ship well, so we are not currently able to offer them. Make sure you check out our amazing shops at the park for the full range of products. We endeavour to re-stock products as often as possible, however there may be times when the product or certain sizes are sold out.
