Shipping policy

Your Thorpe Park merch will be delivered Monday through to Saturday; excluding public holidays.

• We aim to process the last online orders at 12pm business days.
• Orders placed after 12pm on business days and public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
• Goods are usually delivered as standard post Monday through to Saturday; excluding public holidays. Once collected from site it is unlikely that we will be able to locate your post in the postal system until it is delivered, although we will always attempt to assist, there are times we may need to pass your inquiry to Royal Mail.

Postage Costs
Delivery Postage and Delivery Fees - £3.95 for domestic UK Standard Delivery once payment has been received.

We currently don't offer international postage.

Packaging
Here at the Thorpe Park we are very committed to sustainability and being environmentally friendly. We use as many recycled materials in our packaging as possible. If this isn't possible we are working to reduce the amount required.

We are currently unable to ship ceramics or resins due to awaiting a suitable, sustainable option for packaging to become available to us.

Deliveries
All our standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail's Second Class mail service. Some larger items may not be deliverable if you are not in (clothing, prints or boxed items) - in this situation it is expected to be taken to your local Royal Mail office for collection. If it is not collected within an agreed time it will be returned to us where we will automatically process a refund.
